This is one of the reasons why The Women Achiever’s list of the seven most successful women to watch in business in 2023 caught my eye.

Kumar currently serves as Healthcare Global Enterprises Ltd.’s Regional Chief Operating Officer and is in charge of overseeing the company’s flagship hospital and main business divisions.
2. Renata Cardoso
Cardoso previously worked for Vale for over ten years in managerial roles in the sustainability and climate change departments before joining Electra Battery Materials. Here, she now serves as the Vice President of Sustainability and Low Carbon.
3. Marsha Ralls
Marsha Ralls is the founder and CEO of the Phoenix Wellness Retreat, as well as a mindfulness coach and certified yoga instructor. Her goal was to establish a setting for individual inspiration, development and life transformation.
4. Mudita Vaish
Vaish has spent her entire professional life in the analytics industry and became successful in statistics and analytics as a result of her passion for numbers. She is currently the Principal Head of Analytics and Integrated Research at IQVIA.
5. Nazia Shahrin
Nazia Sharin is a powerful figurehead in personal and commercial banking, as she provides smart solutions to guarantee compliance with all legal requirements. She currently serves as the Vice President of Architecture, Data Governance & Data Protection at Fidelity Investments.
6. Susan Gatehouse
Susan has had a nearly 30-year career as a top provider of revenue cycle solutions and cutting-edge insight into the healthcare industry. She is the Vice President of Revenue Integrity of AQuity Solutions.
7. Rachel Gonzales-Hanson
Gonzales-Hanson is the president and CEO of The National Association of Community Health Centres, the premier organisation that promotes and represents community health centres throughout the US.
